DARIUS SEPEHRIPOUR
With over a decade of experience working in the real estate and technology sectors, Darius saw an opportunity to combine the two, and disrupt the mortgage industry. KIND Home loans was launched to help provide one of the largest varieties of loan programs to consumers—giving people options based on their financial goals. Growing up as an athlete, Darius is a firm believer in the team concept. The team at KIND is made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds, and consists of industry leading marketing, real estate, and business professionals to create a product that is difficult to compete with. Together the KIND team is not only helping consumers get the home of their dreams—but also the loan of their dreams.
Darius graduated with Honors from The University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelors Degree in Business and an emphasis Consumer Behavior. Darius wrote his honors thesis on the Sub-Prime Mortgage Meltdown, and the role it played on the global economies. Darius lives an active life, his hobbies include surfing, traveling, and playing competitive sports.
Fun Fact: Darius was once a Semi-Professional Skateboarder.

JAMAL KHAWAJA
A dedicated professional with more than 17 years experience. Client-focused, service-driven, goal-oriented, exceptional work ethic, integrity. Dynamic, energetic, multi-lingual. Outstanding background in Client Relations; solid knowledge of Real Estate and Mortgage Lending industries. He is an active and visible member of the Pakistani-American community in Los Angeles; is a Board Member & Advisor to both business and political forums.
Ongoing, he does volunteer service feeding the homeless at Hope Mill.
He loves sports and hiking; plays racquetball as often as possible. Latest hobby: vocal lessons (at the urging of friends and family because of his love of music, innate rhythmic sense, and powerful voice).

Gavin Berg is a Loan Officer with Kind Home Loans, a military veteran, and proud UNT alum who brings discipline, leadership, and a mission-first mindset to every client relationship. I am the first generation in my family born in the US, my large family lineage originates from Hungary. My previous career, I fell into different aspects in the medical industry from the administrative, financial, to the therapeutic.
My love for real estate started early but life took me on another path until I realized I wanted to pursue my love for real estate. I am now focusing my career on the Mortgage Loans and Leading aspect of the home purchasing process.

My curiosity about different landscapes and cultures was like seeds planted in my heart when I was a little girl living in a small concrete box in China. As I grew up, the box was getting bigger and the building was getting higher but my dream didn’t stop there. After graduate school in Canada, I moved to California and settled in the San Francisco Bay Area, worked in the big corporate world for decades in the software industry, and lived in my dream house with a koi pond and water fountains, however, I’m still wondering what really makes me happy?
I also found my calling in helping people make their dreams come true! Being a loan officer, I’m
devoted to your needs and strive to help you get the home you deserve. If the language barrier discouraged you from making the call to discuss the loan with KIND home loans, I also speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, which could thoroughly explain the loan process in your native tongue. I’m also working on my real estate license, so your home search could be just a one-stop shop. You will get my full

Travel has been my lifetime passion and I’ve got 50 countries under my belt so far (OK I had to count Vatican City to make it 50), but don’t worry, I will still answer your calls in Tuscany. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, cooking, and entertaining are the other high priorities in my life. My soul mate is a chef and we have a supercharged Maltipoo who likes to play every waking minute. My volunteer work for
the local communities reflect my interests as well, like Project Open Hand, food banks, dog shelters, and cleaning hiking trails.
